Un saludo a todos, espero que estén muy bien. En esta oportunidad les traigo lo que fue mi actividad para llegar hasta más de 5000 pasos en esta plataforma llamada Active, donde realicé un entrenamiento de combinaciones y tuve un día, para decir verdad, algo pesado, realizando distintas tareas a lo largo del día que me dejaron un poco exhausto, pero las cuales cumplí de manera cotidiana: comprar múltiples cosas para mi próximo emprendimiento, del que les estaré comentando un poco sobre lo que voy a realizar Y cuándo voy a abrir; hasta mis deberes, tanto en casa como en el deporte.

Media comenzó algo atareado, ya que desde temprano tenía que llegar unas bombonas para unas jornadas de gas que estaban trayendo y me tocó llevar una bombona de las grandes a mí solo mientras mi papá lleva a otras de 18, y esto fue solamente comenzando la mañana. Luego tuve que salir desde temprano para buscar algunas cosas para mi emprendimiento, ya que eran múltiples cosas las que tenía que averiguar y desde temprano me puse en eso, terminando más o menos a la 1:30, 2 de la tarde, buscando por todo Colón, que es el pueblo donde yo vivo, consiguiendo la gran mayoría de las cosas, dejando un trabajo muy pequeño para cuando por fin inaugure mi emprendimiento.

Ya luego de eso, lo único que realicé fue almorzar para reposar unas cuantas horas e irme a entrenar combinaciones en conjunto con mi compañero Logan en la plaza de toros, una rutina de entrenamiento que, la verdad, fue bastante bien; realizamos múltiples combos de entre 40 segundos a un minuto y llevamos bastante tiempo sin realizar combinaciones. Últimamente, nos hemos dedicado mucho más a la obtención de elementos estáticos y habíamos dejado muy por debajo los entrenamientos de combo.

Sin embargo, entre estos días, mi compañero Logan me recordó la importancia de los mismos y tiene un punto totalmente a favor, Y es que solemos perder mucha resistencia cuando no los hacemos. Por esa misma razón, yo accedí a realizar los entrenamientos estáticos junto con mi compañero Logan hoy en la plaza de toros, siendo realmente un entrenamiento bastante largo, del cual salimos casi a las 10 de la noche, finalizando sí con mi rutina de entrenamiento del día de hoy y comería en general, y como siempre espero que les haya gustado. Greetings everyone, I hope you're all doing well. This time, I'm sharing my experience reaching over 5,000 steps on this platform called Active. I did a combination workout and had a pretty busy day, to be honest, tackling various tasks throughout the day that left me a bit exhausted, but I managed to get them all done: buying lots of things for my upcoming business venture, which I'll tell you more about soon, including what I'll be doing and when I'll be opening; and my other responsibilities, both at home and at my workout.

The afternoon started off a bit hectic, as I had to pick up some gas cylinders early for a delivery service. I had to carry one of the large cylinders myself while my dad carried the smaller 18-liter ones, and this was just the beginning of the morning. Then I had to leave early to look for some things for my business, since there were many things I needed to find out. I started early and finished around 1:30 or 2:00 in the afternoon, searching all over Colón, the town where I live. I managed to find most of what I needed, leaving very little work for when I finally open my business.

After that, all I did was have lunch, rest for a few hours, and then go train combos with my partner Logan at the bullring. It was a training session that went quite well; we did multiple combos lasting between 40 seconds and a minute, and it had been a while since we'd done any combos. Lately, we've been focusing much more on static drills and had neglected combo training.

However, my training partner Logan reminded me of their importance recently, and he has a very valid point: we tend to lose a lot of stamina when we don't do them. For that reason, I agreed to do static drills with Logan today at the bullring. It was a pretty long workout, and we didn't finish until almost 10 pm, which was the end of my training routine for today and my meal. As always, I hope you enjoyed it.
