My Actifit Report Card: November 21 2021
Dear friends,
This morning, I went shopping with my bike. I just went to buy a few things for my project downtown. I could use my motor bike but just used my bicycle because I didn't have much to carry and wanted to do physical exercise. It was just a 2.77 miles cycling trip.
In the evening, I did some physical exercise before I walked around a plant with my mom. We did the exercise by watching the video from YouTube. The warm up exercise took about 16 minutes and then we did the Bagua walk around exercise for 6 mins.
