My Actifit Report Card: June 28 2020
Hello and good day everyone,
Welcome to another of my fitness report for today. Hope you guys are well and did an amazing time with your stepping activity.
As for me, well, again I woke up bright and early this morning. And right away set out walking around the neighborhood in a fantastic weather breeze with a temp of 57F degrees.
During this walk I saw quite a few animal creatures roaming, flying and wandering around nature space like this lovely bunny, blackbirds and blue jays.
Then some more beautiful flowers alongside the sidewalk. I never get tire or weary of these various kinds of flowers in spite of their short lifespan. Nevertheless, they always return and bloom again in its appropriate season. How amazing is that, huh?
In addition, I saw some fruit plants too like this prune, blueberry, and apple. These fruits I love to eat and make some smoothies out of them. They’re delicious, healthy and yummy.
Well, that pretty much it for today in terms of stepping and how my day went.
