Happy Tuesday and welcome to my fitness report Everyone!
Thanks for stopping by.
Today’s stepping activity started really early with some stretching, bending, twisting, jumping jacks, etc.
And right thereafter was my long walk around the community. Another beautiful day. Very warm and sunny all the way towards the afternoon.
Then later on I went to two different stores looking for fabric materials and stuff. I received my sewing table today and got it assembled. I was thrilled and truly grateful.
Anyways, that is all for today. And hopefully will do this again tomorrow. And see you all again soon. Have a great day.
