Actifit
Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, estuve realizando varios tipos de actividades físicas; la primera ha sido una actividad rutinaria para mí, que consiste en mi ida y regreso de la universidad donde estudio. Dando fin a las vacaciones decembrinas y nuevamente el comienzo de clases.
Esto ya lo he comentado en reportes de actividad anteriores, el cual consiste en arreglarme en horas de la mañana para ir hacia la universidad, caminando un buen trayecto hasta poder tomar un autobús que me aproxime a mi destino. Seguido de mi movimiento interno dentro de la universidad y culminando con mi recorrido hasta tomar un autobús que me lleve cerca de mi hogar.
Terminando esa primera actividad en horas del mediodía, para después tomar un descanso, comer y retomar energías para dar inicio a mi sesión de entrenamiento de ejercicios de calistenia en mi casa.
Empiezo esta sesión de ejercicios estáticos de la calistenia, ocupando la Planche y el Front Lever, cumpliendo con ejercicios para el fortalecimiento de estas dos áreas. Y terminando después de 2 horas, satisfecho por mi rendimiento en este día.
As you can see in my photos, I did several types of physical activity. The first was a routine activity for me: my commute to and from the university. This marks the end of the December holidays and the beginning of classes again.
I've mentioned this in previous activity reports, which involves getting ready in the morning to go to the university, walking a good distance to catch a bus that takes me closer to my destination. This is followed by my exercise within the university and then my commute to catch a bus that takes me near my home.
After finishing that first activity around midday, I took a break, ate, and recharged my energy to begin my calisthenics workout at home.
I started this session with static calisthenics exercises, using the planche and the front lever, focusing on strengthening these two areas. After two hours, I finished, satisfied with my performance that day.
