What a Super Day! Lolz, nothing like the greatest distraction of the year to keep everyone in line and silent. Meanwhile the super bowl is one of the biggest human trafficking event of the year. Lot’s of elites being served by literal slaves. How lovely.

For my fitness today, chased my kids around and had a dance party. Went outside in the snowstorm and played with my kids. Had a great day other than the silly football game.

Playing with children is good. Play allows children to use their creativity. Even It is good for fitness.
