My Actifit Report Card: April 28 2025

Hey Actifit Frens! Had a very very busy day today and was able to get through the day but also knocked out over 15,000 steps on the day which is pretty epic. I did do an elliptical challenge for about 20 something minutes the day getting in a high intensity workout and I did take my dog for a lovely walk at lunch today. The weather is starting to warm up here in Massachusetts and it’s nice outside now. Hope you enjoy the daily meme.
