My Actifit Report Card: September 29 2020
Another nice day for another good run for my Tuesday Actifit report.
Today's course had a couple of nice hills in the middle (including a nice long climb after a mile) so the pace was slower and the effort harder. Still a nice improvement and a welcome change from my previous few weeks. Giving me some renewed confidence moving towards my 48 hours in 2 months that I will be able to put in some decent miles.
Finished up my Tuesday with an easy stroll around the local quiet back roads as the sun was setting. Nice time to be out although the shorter days will soon be upon us.
