Week 3 - Sprint Work

I just finished a 4.563km running that lasted about 0hh:22mm:32ss !

I'm onto week three of my sprint training and hopefully the image comes through OK of the training plan.

Last week was a little disheartening because I had injured myself(a little) in the last sprint session that I did so I was not sure about doing this weeks training. I got through it ok and although a little sore, it is only DOMS and not an injury, which is great.

I know I usually don't really stop training when I get injured but if it is hurting, I think it does limit me a bit so really happy to keep going with this.
