Not as strong day as I would have liked for my Actifit report.
I got off to a later start after driving for a couple of hours before hand, so my legs were feeling tired at the start. At least my energy picked up after a couple of miles (and finishing the uphills!). It was nice to have a steady wind to help cool things down nicely but I'll be glad when Summer is finally over and the cooler weather rolls in.
I actually felt a bit better in the early evening for a combination run/hike. Maybe it will be advantageous to concentrate on working out in the evening. I just need to maintain a good level of exercise to carry a good base into my 12 hour run in a month.
