周末射箭活动

之前团购的射箭会员卡月底就要到期了，趁周末赶紧去用了。去到场馆竟然说正在装修，要我去另一个场馆，于是又灰溜溜地跑过去了。貌似有差不多一年没有玩，刚开始技术有点生疏了，射多几轮后慢慢找到感觉，看图二的战绩还不错吧，都落在红圈内，教练说先初学者先要练到把箭都射集中了，才去练准确度，这样才能提升箭感。比较喜欢射箭这项运动，箭在弦上，一触即发的感觉真好，而且能锻炼人的专注力，使心态放松。
