20 July 2025: “Sunday Gym”

So... Ich war heute im Fitnessstudio und habe Brust, Arme allgemein, Bauch und Po trainiert – oder besser gesagt: Gluteus Maximus 😄
Dadurch habe ich heute ordentlich Kalorien verbrannt.

Am Abend war ich noch kurz eine Runde spazieren.
Jetzt geht’s aber direkt ins Bett, denn morgen beginnt schon wieder eine Dienstreise, und das mal wieder um Viertel vor fünf – also heißt es aufstehen vor vier Uhr.

Sachen sind schon gepackt, alles ready.
Irgendwie vergesse ich zurzeit ständig, im Fitnessstudio ein Foto zu machen. Deshalb gibt’s heute eins von draußen.

Ich weiß nicht warum, aber aktuell schaue ich wieder richtig viel Dr. House – meistens zum Einschlafen.
So als Nebenbei-Serie ist die eigentlich ganz gut, weil die Tests und Diagnosen sich ja doch immer wiederholen. Die eigentliche Story nimmt meist nur 5–10 Minuten ein.
Genau richtig also, um dabei nicht das Gefühl zu haben, was zu verpassen.

Gewogen habe ich mich heute wieder abends – allerdings nach dem Essen. Normalerweise mache ich das vorher.
Trotz vollem Magen lag ich heute bei 85 Kilo.
Meine Muskulatur ist nach oben gegangen, und der Körperfettwert bleibt inzwischen konstant.

Ich glaube, der Sommer kann kommen!

So... I went to the gym today and trained chest, arms in general, abs, and glutes – or rather: gluteus maximus 😄
That workout burned quite a lot of calories.

Later in the evening, I went for a short walk.
Now it’s straight to bed because tomorrow I’m off on another business trip, once again starting at 4:45 a.m. – which means getting up before 4.

My bags are already packed, everything’s ready.
Lately I keep forgetting to take a photo in the gym, so today’s shot is from outside.

For some reason I’ve been watching a lot of Dr. House again – mostly as a sleep aid.
It's a great show to have running in the background because the tests and diagnoses tend to repeat a lot.
The story progression is usually only about 5–10 minutes per episode.
Perfect for not missing anything important, even if I fall asleep.

I weighed myself again this evening, but after eating this time – usually I do it before.
Even with a full stomach, the scale showed 85 kilos.
Muscle mass has gone up, and my body fat percentage is staying constant.

I think I’m ready for summer!
