My Actifit Report Card: August 15 2022

Even though I’ve only posted a couple of times here it seems like I may have to take a break. Unfortunately I’ve been dealing with some chronic groin pain from a bad strain I had a couple of years ago and another flare-up happened during yesterday’s session.

The concerning part is it’s on the other side which has never happened before, so I wonder if years of overcompensating finally caught up with me. Looks like I’ll be out for a couple of weeks/months as I want this to heal properly. If I do manage to get at least 5k steps on a day I’ll be sure to jump back in for updates!
