My Actifit Report Card: October 14 2025
So I hit a bit of a milestone today in my training for my upcoming 10K. During my training, I was able to complete the entire distance without stopping to walk at all. I kept a nice steady pace around 11 minutes for most of the run until the last 2 miles when I started increasing it slowly to push myself for a strong finish. This came after a weekend of little exercise and a lot of poor eating so I’m happy with the results. Looking to train at least two more times before the run so hopefully we will see some improvement.
