My Actifit Report Card: March 27 2023

Chest days are my favourite day or workout. I have made it a mission to make sure every city or place I end up on a Monday has a proper gym so I can do a chest work out. Then again push ups of done enough times does the job to. It just requires more patience as opposed to using a bench.

I incorporated dumbbells onto my chest workout to but as a closer. To warm down with a tricep warm down also.

My steps are great today thanks to the vibration of the motorbike drive. It's not all that good but I will take what I'm given and just leave it at that.
