#rainydaywalk

@alessandrawhite just finished a 5.85km walk, that lasted for 81 minutes.
This walk helped alessandrawhite burn 518.0 calories.
Description from Strava: As an architectural designer, I absolutely love it when city buildings and pathways have that reflective surface that only comes from a fresh rain.
Today brought a cold rain to my walk as I was trying to make it back in time for hosting @creativeworkhour, but with the surfaces being wet, I knew it was smart to take more time to get there.
The first photo is of me in front of Victoria Gate with the seasonal angels wings. Angels wings are important imagery in our daily live work sessions. We sometimes start the session with a mini 3-minute meditation called “Angels Wings.”
The second photo I took is past the crosswalk of The County Arcade at the approach to Victoria Gate. I can assure you, had there been time I would’ve taken myself right into that Caffe Nero for something piping hot to drink.

About the Athlete: Alessandra's made some cray-cray changes and set new goals in her life recently. One of those is to improve my enjoyment of being fully human (or feline works, too) and to highten my senses with imagination and wonder.
