You forgot to mention that one shouldn't be too clumsy for rope skipping. I mean girls learn it from when they're young but I see with my son that he's as clumsy as I am and was at his age. I couldn't do it and still have big difficulties. I tried to learn it a bit better during the lockdown, but the lockdown didn't take long enough for me !LOL
