Can I go even one day without exercising? Does not seem. I might feel sick if I don't go to the gym or run in the morning. This time of fasting, I took the time to come in the evening, without missing a single day.
I know how it feels to be looked down upon because physical pain is more painful than having to endure pain for an hour while exercising.
