Brains, Steps & Beers – Day 2 at Hive Summit Aachen
Day 2 of the Hive Summit in Aachen turned into a perfect mix of steps, talks, and cobblestones. My tracker says nearly 10k steps, but honestly, most of them didn’t feel like “exercise” — more like exploration.
The morning walk led us to the Digital Hub Aachen, which is one of the coolest co-working spaces I’ve seen: tucked inside an old church, complete with vaulted ceilings and heavy wooden doors. A place where history and the future shake hands.
The day was packed with speakers sharing insights on Hive, Web3, and a few surprises outside that scope. Ideas bouncing around, coffee cups in hand, and a genuine buzz of curiosity in the air.
By evening, we slipped into the cobblestoned streets of Aachen’s old town. Golden light spilled from shop windows, flowers lined balconies, and conversations spilled over drinks at street cafés. The perfect close to a day that was equal parts brain fuel and step count booster.
