What

Seven weeks down, ten to go! I'm training for a 50K race around Mount St. Helens the first weekend of August. This was an interesting week. I had work commitments that made for early and long days and messed with my planned schedule. I missed one day of running on Tuesday and in spite of this I still managed to log my first 40 mile week this training block.

🏃 I missed Tuesday so I went into Wednesday with an unusual two days in a row off. It was a touch humid out this morning so it was good to be out early before it got too sticky. It was a nice comfortable run on rested legs.

🏃 I had to be at work too early to run beforehand so I made Thursday a quick shake out after work. It was just enough to shake off the long day of work and prepare my self for Friday.

🧘‍♂️ I'm starting to incorporate some longer runs in during the week as I near the half way mark of this training block. It was a beautiful morning and felt great to get the blood moving before work.

⛰️ My hydration pack sprung a leak before I headed out the door. Better at home than on the run, however I couldn't find my back up bladder and ended up running with my small hand held bottle. Towards the end of the run I missed the extra boost the electrolytes I typically carry in my running pack offer. It was a great run overall, but I was dragging hard the last 45 minutes.

🍩 My son got a new bike last week and he choose to ride along with me. We ran to our favorite donut shop, stopped for donuts and turned back home. Well, I had a couple of bites of donut, otherwise I may not have made it a run home 😀 I felt loose and good throughout considering the long run the previous day.

On to Week Eight

I have a similar week of training planned for week seven. Work should hopefully be slightly less demanding this week and I'm looking to put some big miles up this week. I anticipate being thoroughly exhausted by the end of this coming week, but that is the goal 😀

They literally have attempeted my murder and are trying to kill me with V2K and RNM. Five years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation. I bet we can get to the sources of V2K and RNM then. https://ecency.com/fyrstikken/@fairandbalanced/i-am-the-only-motherfucker-on-the-internet-pointing-to-a-direct-source-for-voice-to-skull-electronic-terrorism ..... https://ecency.com/gangstalking/@acousticpulses/electronic-terrorism-and-gaslighting--if-you-downvote-this-post-you-are-part-of-the-problem

Your build up in your training has been really interesting. Ten weeks to go, keep motivated...that might be the toughest part now, you are crushing your training though.
