Description from Strava: Miserable conditions out there today... cold wet windy muddy (and even foggy near the end!)
shame really as yesterday was gorgeous sunshine and blue skies, but I was busy doing other stuff
Today took all my will power to drag myself outside... in the end I managed to convince myself to just do 5km along the bypass, by the time I reached the bypass I managed to persuade myself to do a loop around Branston for approx 10km.
And then by the time I arrived in the centre of Branston, I had started to enjoy the run, and it was an easy decision to extend the loop to include Washingborough as well and make it into a useful 10 miles in total

note to self, next time i'm lacking motivation, just head out the door for a 30 minute run, and see how I feel!
Run done, its time to head straight into the shower and warm up again, and I'll crack on with general tidying (and ironing), and getting ready for work tomorrow.
I'm only working one day this week (monday), the other four days is my last few days of annual leave for this year
