My Actifit Report Card: May 11 2023

Didn't do a lot today or go very far in the car but it has been a real rest! I felt I needed it after several days at work clocking up over twenty thousand steps each day.

So after a slow start this morning we popped out to our daughter's flat for a bit to see the grandchildren. We took some cooked food with us for their teatime.

My wife likes to take pictures of wild birds and order wall tiles to decorate the home.

I must admit they work very well. But of course the subject matter has to be good and also the photo taking skills are paramount. We are lucky to have several parks with lakes around our town which are home to plenty of these wild birds.
