10 K steady pace run
Trampoline training session for my son is an opportunity for a run for me. Sine training is outdoors in Kamnik and there is Kamniška Bistrica river to run by, this is an ideal place for a steady pace run. 5k down the river , short loop, and 5 K back. Last quarter the pace was quicker and in the end I arrived back in god 58 minutes. Decent for a period when I don't run fast at all.
The weather was cloudy with a drizzle, stile pleasant to run. A bit humid perhaps.
Tomorrow a very short run, on Friday the same. Saturday is reserved for a long run.
