Sunday afternoon longish run in forest
It took me up to the afternoon to go finally out for a run. It was hot and going in the forest was a right choice. At least 10 degrees cooler under the canopy of trees.
Slow run, mostly on forest paths, some gravel, some asphalt. I stopped every 15 minutes to take photos, have a bite of dry bread and a sip of magnesium dilution.
In next post I intend to show you why I took photos...
