Late afternoon run, still slow and painful but it's getting better. Let's hope for the best in next couple of days.

Hope you are not suffering too much. We get some spiky friends in our garden, but not seen one in a while.

It's getting better, thank you. Day by day ...

As long as the dogs don't try to be too brave I am OK with porcupines in backyard. They are attracted by sunflower seeds that birds drop down from their birdhouse. And by dog and cat dry food And, they are useful, I think.
