Good luck for your race this weekend!

Do you have a target of how many laps you want to achieve, or is it just a case of always trying for '1 more'?

Thanks. I had a target to make at least ten laps. But, with recent knee injury it would be stupid to try more than one lap. Yes, it sucks. My knee is like a watermelon. I limp when I walk and running is a pain.

There will be better days and many events that I’ll join in the future.

Oh no! sorry to hear about the injury! It's so frustrating when you've got an event planned and can't take part.

Fingers crossed it doesn't take too long to heal, and that you can get back to racing as soon as possible!
