ervin-lemark just finished a 5.32km run, that lasted for 30 minutes.
This run helped ervin-lemark burn 292.0 calories.

Description from Strava:

Tomorrow a Coros challenge on Strava begins which everybody can join.

It's easy. Run for a 38 miles total in two weeks
There is a reward too. A Coros Pace 2 watch for a lucky winner randomly selected from those who will complete the challenge.

Today's run? We were hiking in the mountains in the afternoon. While on the way home I was kicked out of the car and had to run down the last 5 K 😂

Better and better
:ervin :lemark

Thanks for the heads up (and thank you @run.vince.run for the link)

I did have to google what 37miles is in km... turns out it is just under 60km, which I should be able to manage in two weeks (just!)

Nice downhill profile, I like that!

Strange, I couldn't find the challenge in my challenges page, but with @run.vince.run link, no problem to join it. Maybe that will be the extra push to finally resume my training for good.

Keep on running! !ALIVE
