around Rožnik hill (week 2, run 7)

Sunday morning on a hot summer day. After I dropped off @niko.lemark to his day's work, I had a luxury of several free hours. I decided to drive to Tivoli and make a loop around the hill. Nothing fancy, no steep climbs, no sprints, just an easy flat run of one hour and a half.

It turned to be a dialectic experience. Some flat passages on asphalt under a scorching sun to train the heat endurance. Other sections were in the forest and in shade mostly, hilly, pleasant. The overall experience was "just great".

You can see that I did a loop within a loop. The bigger one lasted one hour and so I needed to invent a shorter one to reach the daily goal. I also upped the pace on tis loop to reach 14 kilometers of total distance. In the end, it was 14.05 K. Grateful.

After the run, a good half an hour later because the sweat was still flowing down on me like waterfall, I went to Lepa žoga to enjoy a traditional coffee and beer.
