It was a cloudy Sunday with an occasional raindrop. We spent the day geocaching, trampolining, and running. OK, not every family member did all three activities :)

The run was all mine. Into the Magpie's Valley after a long time.

Into the valley and up to the village Rašica. Turn back and down and home. Easy. The first and last 600 meters are on asphalt while everything else is on the tarmac.

Count in the hill as a bonus. It's time I started doing some hillwork.

Tomorrow, if the weather holds, I'll do some more hills during the mountain bike training in Podutik. COlder and wet days are coming.

When you realize how difficult it is to get the family members involved in running, it starts to feel like something of a calling

:)))) My wife was a runner 15 years ago. An ultrarunner with several finishes at 75 K distance.

Now she takes care of us all.

My son is a freestyler. They fly, they don't run.

The dogs are in their middle ages and I won't force them to run the distances. They deserve easy walks.

So, that leaves me to do the running. I take the burden on me gladly .)
