45 min recovery run

Another sunny winter morning. What better way than to start it with a run on snow?
It was -6 degrees, they say. I went up the right ridge of the Magpie's valley to enjoy the view.
Our suburb of Črnuče. Yes, there is civilization.

And here I am, under the trees, almost alone. Can you see the bird's house while the rising sun is peeking behind the tree trunk.

From here I descended into the valley proper and made several twists and turn to reach the goal of 45 minutes of a steady pace running.

Tomorrow? The same, another 45 minutes. It's the fourth week of the training plan. a sort of rest period.
