3rd 45 min recovery run of the week

On the menu for this week were three consecutive 45 minutes long recovery runs. This was the third.

I wanted it to be an easy one. Yet somehow I ended up running a muddy hill and going away from home. So, when I finally turned back and down the time ran out. I needed another kilometer to reach the doorstep.

No problem, In fact, even better. Here is what the last two weeks look like.

Tomorrow is a short run, then intervals on Saturday and 2 hours long run on Sunday. It is an easy week :)
