My Actifit Report Card: February 13 2023

This evening I managed a quick 20 minutes workout in-between two errands. Just brisk walking. Surprised that there was a time that the maximum heartrate went up to 134. Must be that short run, which was stopped by a seemingly aching ankle.

The good part of this workout is that I bothered to start.
