Happy day full sport community, I have the pleasure to share once again a new video exercising my body; this time I worked my lower body with just my body weight, the movements focus on toning the quadriceps area and my glutes, my training was kept in 4 sets of 20 repetitions, the movements that required the 2 legs followed the same procedure of the same repetitions; always leaving a rest time of 10 seconds between exercises; I invite you to follow my video I hope you like it dear community without adding more let's start.
I started my warm-up by performing 2 sets of 20 squats and leg lifts forward and backward, to warm up my legs and avoid any tears.
Peso muerto sin peso, Saltos coordinados./ Dead weight without weight, Coordinated jumps.
First movement deadlift without weight, it helps me to strengthen my glutes and hamstrings, then combine my routine with some cardio like coordinated jumping jacks.
Sentadilla sumo, Lunge lateral./ Sumo Squat, Lateral Lunge.
Then I worked sumo with soft movements for 20 repetitions, then I continued with lateral lunge performing extensions of my legs on both sides having a total balance of 20 repetitions.
Estocada con elevación de rodilla./ Knee lift lunge.
The last exercise was lunge with knee elevation, this movement is very demanding since it is performed by touching the knee to the floor and elevating the same leg, having a total balance of 20 repetitions on each leg.
