From my point of view, these exercises are very important for those people who have a weak core and that affects them when doing static elements such as front level and planche, since lever elements require exerting force in many parts of the body, not only in the main muscles, that's where the core muscles intervene

The dragon flag is one of the most difficult exercises that involves a lot of core strength. If this exercise is easy for you or is too easy, you add weight so that there is greater stimulation and muscle activation.

Try to hold as long as possible in the abdominal planche position and if this exercise makes it easier for you try to add more weight like a weight vest and remember not to lose your posture and activate the mid-train muscles such as (lumbar, obliques ,abdomen).

This exercise is very good for strengthening the lumbar since sometimes those muscles are weak and there you have to strengthen them. If this exercise is easier for you, add weight or increase repetitions.

This well-executed exercise with good technique and muscle activation will be of great help to gain strength in the core.
And to wrap up this routine, remember to get plenty of rest between workouts and stay away from muscle failure so you can gain strength in those core muscles.
