My Actifit Report Card: January 2 2023
Today we're going back to Cagayan de Oro. I had fun during my 2-week vacation at Zamboanga City. But the holiday is over and it's time to go back to work.
The travel time from Zamboanga City to Cagayan de Oro City is going to take 14hours in a bus ride. More than half of today's time will be spent sitting inside the bus and this would mean that I won't have much time for workouts. However, drivers usually take a 30min to one hour break at Pagadian City. I took the time here to walk around the bus terminal for 18mins and was able to gain around 1,700 steps to add to my existing steps from preparing for today’s trip. Alas, I managed to accumulate the minimum required steps for today's report.
Now I can sleep for the rest of the bus ride.
