My Actifit Report Card: March 10 2023

Hello Actifitters!

Today was another great day at work. Right after work, I was able to do my Friday routine workout.

I started with a 10-minute warm-up of light cardio to get my heart rate up and my body ready for the exercises ahead.

For the main workout, I started with pike push-ups, for 3 sets of 9 reps, which is one rep more per set than last week's. Next, I moved on to burpees without a push-up. I did 3 sets of 13 reps, taking breaks as needed to catch my breath. This is also one more rep per set from last week's.

This is not part of my Friday routine, but I felt like I need more arm exercise. So I added push-ups that target my triceps. I did 3 sets of 9 reps.

After that, I moved on to jumping squats. I did 3 sets of 15 reps, which is 2 more reps from last week's. I then did 3 sets of negative pull-ups, with 10 reps on the first set. I got distracted on my second set and was only able to do 4 reps. So I re-started my second set and made 10 reps same as with the third set making it a total of 34 reps.

Finally, I finished off with 3 sets of mountain climbers, with 30 reps.

After the workout, I spent 10 minutes stretching and cooling down, making sure to really focus on my breathing and letting my body relax.

I then made one of my favorite meals, vegetable curry. Well, any non-pork curry actually. Hmm... Yummm!
