My Actifit Report Card: March 15 2023
Hello and welcome to my actifit post!
Today, I was feeling a little better. My nose is still runny but no fever. I was able to report to work online. This is one of the positive things that resulted from Covid. I know, it was bad, bad it also opened the door for working from home which is beneficial at times like this.
Anyway, since I was feeling a little better, I did my Wednesday workout routine after work today.
To start, I warmed up my upper body with some light bicep curls and tricep push-downs using resistance bands, light enough just to stimulate blood flow and not tire the muscles. After that, I stretched my wrist and did some wrist rotations.
For my workout, I started with inverted rows still using two chairs. I did 13 reps for the first set, then 12 reps on the remaining 2 sets. Next, I moved on to leg raises with 13 reps on the first two sets then 15 on the last set.
After that, I did diamond push-ups with 12 reps of 3 sets, I was still struggling at the last set so I guess I'll stick with 12 reps for a while. I then followed up with Russian twists, using a 1.5L Coca-cola PET bottle. I did 18 on the first two sets, then 20 on the last set.
Lastly, I did glute bridges with two sets of 20 reps, and another 25 reps on the 3rd and last set.
All in all, I was able to burn around 436 KCal from today's workout.
