My Actifit Report Card: March 22 2023

Hello and welcome to my actifit post!

It's going to be busy today at work. So I started the day with a warm milk chocolate drink that I've made to help me jump start my day.

Too many meetings today that my ears are sweating from long use of headset. Anyway, right after work I started to do my Wednesday workout routine.

To start, I warmed up my upper body with a 5 min stretdh then some light bicep curls and tricep push-downs using resistance bands, light enough just to stimulate blood flow and not tire the muscles. After that, I stretched my wrist and did some wrist rotations.

For my workout, I started with inverted rows still using two chairs. I did 13 reps for the first two sets, then 12 reps on the last set. Next, I moved on to leg raises with 13 reps on the first set, 24 reps on the second set, and then 15 on the last set.

After that, I did diamond push-ups with 13 reps of 3 sets. I know I mentioned last week that I stay at 12 reps for a while, but I felt like pushing my limit today. As expected, I struggled a lot on the last set, so I guess I'll stick with 13 reps for a while, for real this time.

I then followed up with Russian twists, using a 1.5L Coca-cola PET bottle. I did 18 on the first set, then 20 on the last two sets.

Lastly, I did glute bridges with two sets of 25 reps.

All in all, I was able to burn around 515 KCal from today's workout.

Who says no to chocolate? I mean, some may say no for medical or personal reasons, but I bet deep down they'd want to say yes too.
