🕑 Flexiones dos posiciones/ Push-ups two positions 🕑
The entire pectoral area is worked and it helps a lot in the area of the triceps, to perform this exercise we have to take into account the position of our arms since they have to be completely stretched and we proceed to do our push-ups one with our hands a slightly open and another with more closed hands placing them level with our shoulders, reminding them that when lowering our body it should almost hit the ground and when we lift our arms they should be fully stretched again

🕑zancadas alternas / alternate strides 🕑
With this exercise we will help to tone all our legs from the thighs to the calves and also the buttocks, this exercise consists of placing one leg forward and the other in the back, done these we bend our legs making our body go down little to Little trying to have our back as straight as possible and as its name says we are taking alternate strides with both legs, it is quite good and it will help us a lot to strengthen all our legs and maintain more balance
🕑Flexiones con peso / Weighted push-ups🕑
For this we will place a backpack or briefcase with some weight on our back and then we will proceed to lean on the floor in an exercise position to execute our push-ups, remembering that the weight must be balanced on the legs, arms and abdomen, and then we will begin to flex our muscles. arms slowly rising rapidly, but not abruptly. in a firm position.
With this I have finished my exercise routine at home to gain strength and flexibility in muscles and joints.
