¡Hola amigos de Hive y atletas de SWC! Hoy les compartiré un video de mi entrenamiento de pino y algunos trucos de tricking que practiqué ayer

Hello friends of Hive and SWC athletes! Today I will share with you a video of my pine training and some tricking tricks I practiced yesterday.

Ayer era un día donde tenia el cuerpo bastante adolorido, pero igual queria entrenar, sali a la plaza leon, una plaza un poco cerca de mi casa, hice una rutina de balance de pino y practique algunos trucos de tricking como el mortal hacia atras y la patada 540, espero les guste el video !

Yesterday was a day where my body was pretty sore, but I still wanted to train, I went out to the plaza leon, a square a little bit near my house, I did a pine tree balance routine and practiced some tricking tricks like the backward lunge and the 540 kick, I hope you like the video !

Estuve un poco pesado por tener el cuerpo pesado, pero aún asi quise seguir entrenando e ir mejorando un 1% más todos los días
