5k Treadmill | 10k Steps | My Actifit Report Card: July 22 2025
Greetings, I'm stopping by to record all my goals that were met today.
Also, there's a bonus: today, for the first time, I ran a little over 30 minutes on the treadmill. I usually don't exceed that time, especially since there's a sign that says a reasonable time would be 30 minutes. However, the gym was empty today, and no one really tracks your time. Anyway, my motivation today was because I've realized for several weeks now that I can last a little longer, since my breathing is more stable and I don't feel tired. If you overcome the mental barrier of the first few minutes, everything will be fine. And well, as a result, I ran moderately for 50 continuous minutes. I was really measuring how long I can run. The distance didn't seem very relevant to me because I'm literally stationary, but I'm impressed that I reached 5k. I'll go for an outdoor run soon.
I also reached my 10k step goal faster, plus I did my strength training before all of that.

Saludos paso por aquí para dejar la constancia de todos mis objetivos que fueron cumplidos el día de hoy.
Además hay un extra, el día de hoy por primera vez corrí un poco más de 30 minutos en la cinta, por lo general no me excedo de ese tiempo, especialmente porque hay una etiqueta que dice que el tiempo prudente serían 30 minutos, sin embargo, el gym estaba vacío hoy, además de que realmente nadie monitorea tu tiempo. En fin, mi motivación de hoy fue porque me he dado cuenta desde hace varias semanas que sí puedo aguantar un poco más, ya que mi respiración se mantiene mas estable y no me siento cansada, sí superas la barrera mental de los primeros minutos, todo estará bien. Y bueno, como resultado corrí de forma moderada por 50 minutos continuos, realmente aquí estaba midiendo el tiempo que puedo estar corriendo, la distancia no se me hizo muy relevante porque estoy literalmente estática pero me impresiona que alcancé los 5k, próximamente saldré a correr al aire libre.
También alcancé más rápidamente mi objetivo de los 10k pasos, además de que antes de todo eso hice mi entrenamiento de fuerza.
