HIIT Training and Zumba | My Actifit Report Card: September 3 2025

Today I didn't exactly meet all my goals, but I didn't do anything at all either. I was feeling pretty tired this morning, perhaps because I've had a rough few weeks and prioritized getting more sleep. I didn't feel like going to the gym.

After waking up at the time I felt best, around 8 am, I set out to prepare several things and get breakfast ready, but before eating, I decided to do some HIIT training—exercises without any weights, just my body weight. Then I also added some Zumba. For the latter, I was guided by a virtual class. I admit I was pretty lost and my coordination was off the charts, but it helped me a lot to get moving.

For the rest of the day, I did my normal activities, ate healthy, and tried to get plenty of rest because I'm feeling mentally and physically tired, but not from exercise, more like a strange feeling.

Hoy no cumplí exactamente con todos mis objetivos pero tampoco me quedé sin hacer nada. Me estaba sintiendo bastante cansada hoy en la mañana, quizás porque he tenido unas semanas difíciles y prioricé dormir un poco más, no me sentía con ganas de trasladarme hasta el gym.

Después de despertar a la hora en que me sentí mejor, alrededor de las 8 am. Me dispuse a preparar varias cosas, el desayuno dejarlo listo pero antes de comerlo decidí hacer un poco de entrenamiento hiit, ejercicios sin ningún tipo de peso, solamente mi peso corporal y después también añadí un poco de zumba, para este último mi guié de una clase virtual, admito que estaba bastante perdida y mi coordinación ni hablar, pero me ayudó bastante a estar en movimiento.

Para el resto de día hice mis actividades normales, me alimenté saludablemente y traté de descansar mucho porque traigo como un cansancio mental y físico pero no por el ejercicio, sino más como una sensación extraña.
