Making progress || My Actifit Report Card: September 8 2025

Getting back to some of my physical activity this week, we're starting off with a bang. Strangely, last week was a bit tough for me. I still don't know why, but I felt pretty tired, so I did exercises at home on Wednesday, but I stayed home on Thursday and Friday. Well, on Thursday, because I was supposed to go out for an activity in the morning, but they ended up canceling at the last minute, so I didn't want to go back.

But evidently today I'm feeling better. I trained my lower body and lifted heavy. Today I ended up feeling pretty exhausted but satisfied. I rarely skip my workout, but resting every now and then isn't a bad thing. I'm not always motivated, it's true, but I try to stay disciplined and also focus on the long-term benefits and the ones I've seen so far.

Today I didn't reach 10,000 steps because I admit I was a little tired, but I did add some cardio after my workout, so it's okay. Most of the time, I meet my goals.

Retomando un poco de mi actividad física esta semana, empezamos con todo. Extrañamente la semana pasada fue un poco duro para mi, aún no sé por qué pero me sentía bastante cansada, por lo que el miércoles hice ejercicios en casa pero el jueves y viernes me quedé en casa. Bueno el jueves porque supuestamente iba a salir a hacer una actividad en la mañana y me terminaron cancelando a última hora, entonces ya no quise retomar.

Pero evidentemente hoy ya estoy mejor, entrené tren inferior y levanté pesado, hoy terminé bastante agotada pero satisfecha, rara vez ando faltando a mi entrenamiento pero descansar de vez en cuando no está mal. No siempre estoy motivada es cierto pero trato de mantener la disciplina y de enfocarme también en los beneficios que representa a la larga y los que he visto en la actualidad.

Hoy no logré los 10k pasos porque admito que acabé un poco cansada hoy pero si añadí un poco de cardio después de mi entrenamiento, así que está bien, la mayoría del tiempo cumplo con mis objetivos.
