My goals this week | My Actifit Report Card: October 30 2025

Today I went to train super early, but the truth is I woke up early because there was music playing since 3 am that wouldn't let me sleep, so obviously I woke up earlier…

Anyway, I'm a little sore, and I don't know if it's the combination of: taking a whole week off from exercise and then having my period that same week… but the area that hurts the most is my glutes; sitting down is torture, lol.

I also went for a walk to give my steps that extra push, and today I reached my goal. I feel great about that. I'll finish this year with my goals, but I already have the next ones.

Hoy fui súper temprano a entrenar pero la realidad es que me desperté temprano porque había una música desde las 3 am que no me dejaba dormir, así que evidentemente me desperté más temprano…

En fin, estoy un poco adolorida y no sé si es la combinación de: descansé una semana completa del ejercicio y esa misma semana estuve en mi ciclo… pero el área que más me duele es de los gluteos, sentarse es una tortura, lol.

También salí a caminar para dar ese extra en mis pasos y hoy alcancé el objetivo, me siento genial por eso, terminaré este año con mis objetivos pero ya tengo los próximos.
