Quad training | My Actifit Report Card: January 12 2026

It's the start of the week and we're back at the gym! I wanted to share a bit about my workout today, which focused on quads. I also wanted to mention that I woke up feeling much better from my shoulder pain; it's almost completely gone. Now, what worries me is the thought of tomorrow's upper body workout. These exercises are safe to do in this routine, but I'm still a bit nervous.

Today I reintroduced cardio after a month of being intermittent, more absent than active. I've wanted to add other types of cardio, but for now, I'll wait until I'm 100%. I don't want to overdo anything.

Inicio de semana y ya retomamos las actividades del gym, quiero compartir un poco de lo que fue mi entrenamiento hoy día enfocado en cuádriceps y también mencionar que hoy desperté mucho mejor de la molestia del hombro, ya casi está que desaparece por completo, ahora lo que me asusta es pensar que mañana tengo entrenamiento de tren superior, ejercicios que son seguros de realizar en esta rutina pero igual me da temor.

Hoy volví a integrar el cardio después de un mes donde estuve intermitente pero más ausente que presente. He querido añadir otros tipos de cardio pero por ahora esperaré hasta estar al 100% no quiero sobre esforzar nada.
