Getting back on track with gym | My Actifit Report Card: March 2 2026

Greetings! As we're starting a new month, I'm more determined than ever to stick to my routine. Last month, starting a new job with office hours affected me a bit because I used to work much later. February was tough trying to balance my lifestyle. Yes, I did exercise, but only twice a week, whereas I usually go five times. I have to admit, though, that I was also staying up very late catching up on work.

Anyway, today I want to commit to getting back to my usual routine, and I'm also considering whether I need supplements because I think my recovery is slowing down, partly because I wasn't getting enough rest. I definitely need some things, like creatine and omega-3. I know they're more common supplements, but I consider them important right now. I'm trying to get over the idea of ​​taking supplements. I'm not a fan of strange things; for example, I don't like taking medicine. I'm afraid it might do something wrong to my body, but I do take it when I need to. I'm not that stubborn.

I bought some gym accessories. I was using compression knee sleeves for the first time after saying I needed them for a whole year, since I had knee problems four years ago. But thank God, everything is fine and will stay that way.

Saludos, ya que arrancamos un nuevo mes, estoy mas que decidida a no desviarme tanto de mi rutina. El mes pasado como comencé en un trabajo nuevo y en un horario de oficina, me ha afectado un poco porque yo solía trabajar mucho mas tarde. Fue complicado el mes de febrero balancear mi estilo de vida. SÍ hice ejercicios pero con una frecuencia de 2 veces por semana y yo realmente suelo ir 5 veces. Pero que tengo que admitir que también me estaba quedando hasta muy tarde despierta y poniéndome al día con el trabajo.

En fin, hoy quiero comprometerme a volver a mi frecuencia habitual y también estoy evaluando que necesito suplementos porque mi recuperación creo que se está volviendo como lenta, bueno también porque no estaba descansado bien. Pero ciertamente sí necesito algunas cosas, por ejemplo creatina y omega3, sé que son más suplementos pero estos considero importantes por ahora. Estoy tratando de rehabilitarme de la idea de tomar suplementos, yo soy una persona que no le gustan cosas extrañas, por ejemplo no me gusta tomar medicina, me asusta pensar que le puede hacer algo extraño a mi cuerpo pero sí la tomo cuando la necesito, no soy tan necia.

Me compré algunos accesorios para el gym, por aquí estaba usando por primera vez unas rodilleras de compresión después de pasar todo un año diciendo que necesitaba unas, ya que yo sí tuve antecedentes en las rodillas hace 4 años pero gracias a Dios, todo está bien y así seguirá.
