My Actifit Report Card: May 2 2025
Today was another very busy day. Running around the office for multiple meetings is not always fun, but it works out well for the activity. Some of the meetings were stressful, but i made it through.
Another good chunk of activity came from the weightroom. Started out with back squats with a deep hold push, basically, do a deep squat, come up half way and go back down before finishing the exercise. After that, not too bad, shoulder raises paired with tricep push-ups. Then some dumbbell bench, rear delt raises before finishing up with some superman's.
