My Actifit Report Card: May 26 2025⁷
Today was a long day, and my body is feeling it.
Started with a workout in the weightroom. Couple different curls, some lunges, and leg presses, throw in some sit-ups and some weighted wall sits, and it is a good day for lifting.
Then throw in eighteen holes of disc, which was not a good day for me. My game was off, and I shot the worst I have done for quite a while now.
