My Actifit Report Card: June 4 2025
Today's count was down , even though it seemed like a lot more. It was nice getting back to campus again, got some walking around with it all.
Also got in some stretching and other loosening up of the body.
Then, when I got home, ate dinner, then I used Microsoft Co-Pilot to make me a whole body routine with the limited stuff I had/have at home. It came out with a decent workout! Some burpees, planks in addition to adding in the heavy-bag! It did have me running ragged though.
