Today was not too bad of a day, a lot less than yesterday!

I was back at work again, this time we had an instructional retreat. So, there was a decent amount of walking involved, and other activities, wonderful team building items like keeping a balloon aloft as a team.

Then, making it h9me I did some housework and some cleaning. After that was packing for the next two days since I don't know if I will be making it back home or not.

Lastly, was a dead hang where my lower back popped, which was nice!
